  At Dazhou, our plastic molding workshop operates with more than 40 advanced plastic molding machines, capable of producing 20,000 parts per day. The workshop is semi-automated, equipped with robotic arms to enhance production efficiency and precision. Supported by our in-house mold workshop, the team can complete mold changes in just one hour, allowing a seamless transition between products and optimizing production time.

  The blow molding workshop is another key highlight of our manufacturing strengths. With full-process control from raw materials to assembly, we ensure a high-quality standard for products like fuel tanks, where weight and thickness are critical indicators of performance. Our four fully automated machines have a daily output capacity of 16,000 units, ensuring consistent quality across all products.

  Once the plastic and blow-molded parts are produced, they move to our assembling workshop, where components like recoil starters and fuel tanks undergo final assembly. This assembling workshop also handles processes such as trimming, sealing tests, and quality assurance to ensure each part meets the highest standards.

  Our mold workshop is staffed by a dedicated team, including a mold polishing engineer, three skilled technicians, and a supervisor who are responsible for grinding, polishing, or fine-tuning molds and other metal components to ensure that they meet precise specifications, as well as ensure quality control throughout the mold development process. With over 3,000 molds in stock, Dazhou offers custom mold development to meet specific client requirements, delivering tailored solutions for diverse garden machinery components.
